Lowry Mays Graduate School of Business offers the two-year Executive MBA Program at The University Center. This  program is designed for full-time employees of businesses and other organizations who will bring significant managerial or equivalent experience to the program. The program meets on alternate week Fridays and Saturdays during the regular fall and spring semesters. The program restructures classroom hours allowing the fully-employed person to earn a Master of Science degree in criminal justice management in two to three years.

Educational Human Resource Development, MS (EHRD)

The Master of Education in Administration (Plan 111) is designed specifically for the student who wishes to work toward a certificate in mid-management administration. It requires the completion of a minimum of 36 hours of graduate credit. The program must comply with existing standards for professional certification. A comprehensive examination will be taken upon the completion of or during the final semester of course work. The degree plan originates in the department of educational leadership and counseling.

Texas A&M University's M.S. or M.Ed. with a Special Education emphasis prepares educator practitioners to serve as skillful, ethical, and caring professionals. The program is a minimum of 42 hours. The educational technology program is designed to prepare educators to improve the quality and effectiveness of instruction at all levels of education, early childhood through adult education programs. The program goal is to prepare graduates with a wide variety of skills to work as professionals and leaders in a variety of settings, including education, business, industry, and the military. Instruction is focused on preparing individuals for professional positions in instructional design, instructional resource development, and instructional resource administration. Major emphases are placed on the development of multimedia instructional materials and techniques for effective distance learning and communication through the Internet and compressed video systems.

Electrical Engineering, MEE (EE)

The Master of Electrical Engineering program is a 36-hour minimum, non-thesis master's plan. The MEE program offers an opportunity for the practicing electrical engineer to obtain a graduate level degree having a focus on engineering design, systems operation, manufacturing, and management. Students may choose to specialize in one of the following areas: applied geophysics, control and power systems, electromagnetics, and microelectronics. The graduate teacher education program in the College of Education prepares qualified candidates for teaching and related positions in public and private schools and in other institutional or organizational settings. The Master of Education in Elementary Education degree is designed specifically for the elementary teacher. Students pursuing this degree must hold elementary school certification. The degree requires the completion of a minimum of 36 hours of graduate credit, 30 hours of which must be in courses numbered 500 or above. The major consists of 18 to 24 semester hours of approved education courses. The minor consists of 12 to 18 semester hours in an approved subject in which the student has at least 18 undergraduate hours.

This degree is designed to serve two broad purposes. It provides a degree to enhance the qualifications of candidates wishing to teach on the secondary and junior college levels, or who wish to cultivate analytical language, reading, and research skills that may lead to careers in various professional and business areas. It provides a strong background for candidates proceeding beyond the masters to the Ph.D. The English graduate curriculum is organized into 5 blocks containing 12 areas of study, including seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, and twentieth century literature.

Students accepted into this program will be able to design a highly individualized curriculum and complete their degree through classroom seminars, independent study, and online research and online seminars. The Family Nurse Practitioner program provides comprehensive preparation for baccalaureate-prepared nurses who are looking for career mobility in today's healthcare environment. Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, Ed.D.

The Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership provides the highest professional degree available in the field to students who aspire to leadership positions at either the school or college/university level. Although the degree requirements include a prescribed curriculum of required and elective courses, the doctoral degree is not awarded only on the basis of coursework completion. In addition, each doctoral student is expected to conduct a major research project resulting in the presentation and defense of a dissertation. The program design requires a concentration in Educational Leadership, with at least 18 hours in the Leadership Core, 21 hours in the Research Component, 24 hours in the Specialization Area (Instructional Leadership and/or Content Field) and 12 hours in the Cognitive Electives.
